IP Usage

While ordering a service you can see IP * that means we require your server’s IP address to issue services. Another topic needs clarification which is the ip you will put while ordering you need to use the service on that IP. You cannot issue our service to an ip which you have not entered while purchasing or registration.
Service Usage

Probably you cannot issue our services in Chinese servers because of their network blocking system. Besides you should not block IP from Germany, USA & Egypt make sure you don’t do that otherwise it can be possible that our services will not issue to your server.
Backup Service Usage
Section: 3
Our backup services has its limitations of disk. We provide our backup SFTP services through Plesk. Means when you will order a backup service you will be getting a plesk control panel with the storage besides you will be getting a video tutorial in your mail about how you can setup it. Our backup service supports WHM/cPanel & Plesk.
